Job Description of SEO & SEM
✅ As an SEO & SEM Specialist at XT, you will play a vital role in shaping our digital presence. You will be responsible for optimizing our online content and managing search engine marketing campaigns to enhance our visibility and drive targeted traffic to our platforms. This role is integral to our growth strategy, and your contributions will directly impact our market positioning and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities of SEO & SEM
✅ Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
✅ Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
✅ Manage and optimize SEM campaigns, including Google Ads and Bing Ads.
✅ Monitor and report on campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments.
✅ Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are followed.
✅ Stay updated with the latest industry trends and algorithm changes.
✅ Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.
✅ Work closely with the marketing team to align SEO and SEM strategies with overall goals.
Qualification Required for SEO & SEM
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
✅ 3-4 years of experience in SEO and SEM roles.
✅ Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
✅ Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
✅ Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
✅ Experience with pay-per-click (PPC) advertising platforms.
✅ Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
✅ Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
