Job Description of Civil Supervisor – JP (Job Performer)
✅ We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with a corporate or wholesale banking background to join a banking engagement in Qatar.
✅ In this role, you will be the link between business stakeholders and technology teams. You will turn complex corporate banking needs into clear requirements, improve processes, and use coverage and sales analytics to help relationship teams work more effectively.

Key Responsibilities of Civil Supervisor – JP (Job Performer)
✅ Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through BRDs and FRDs
✅ Map business processes, run gap analyses, and recommend process improvements
✅ Work closely with business and technology teams to keep delivery aligned
✅ Manage stakeholders across corporate and wholesale banking functions
✅ Support client segmentation and portfolio management initiatives
✅ Analyze Relationship Manager (RM) productivity and sales coverage
✅ Track cross-selling, wallet share, client penetration, and revenue KPIs
✅ Contribute to banking transformation and operating model improvement initiatives
Qualification Required for Civil Supervisor – JP (Job Performer)
✅ Education & Experience
✅ Bachelor’s degree
✅ Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
✅ Banking Experience
✅ Experience in corporate, wholesale, institutional, or transaction banking
✅ Understanding of relationship management and corporate banking processes
✅ Business Analysis
✅ Strong experience in requirements gathering and documentation (BRD/FRD)
✅ Skilled in business process mapping, gap analysis, and process improvement
✅ Proven stakeholder management and coordination with business and technology teams
✅ Coverage & Sales Analytics
✅ Experience with client segmentation and portfolio management
✅ Understanding of RM productivity and sales coverage
✅ Exposure to cross-selling, wallet share, client penetration, or revenue KPIs
✅ Preferred
✅ Banking transformation or operating model improvement experience
✅ Corporate banking coverage strategy experience
✅ Knowledge of wholesale banking products such as GTB, Global Markets, or lending
✅ Experience with leading banks or banking consulting firms
