Job Description of Specialist Gynecologist

Key Responsibilities of Specialist Gynecologist
✅ Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care, including consultations, examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning
✅ Manage antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care for patients
✅ Perform gynecological procedures and surgeries within the scope of your specialty
✅ Conduct routine screenings and preventive care, such as Pap smears and ultrasound assessments
✅ Maintain accurate, confidential patient records in line with DHA regulations and facility policies
✅ Collaborate with nurses, fellow physicians, and allied health professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
✅ Educate patients on reproductive health, family planning, and wellness
✅ Uphold the highest standards of medical ethics, patient safety, and quality of care
Qualification Required for Specialist Gynecologist
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Medicine (MBBS or equivalent)
✅ Relevant postgraduate qualification in Obstetrics & Gynecology
✅ Valid DHA Specialist license, or eligibility to practice as a Specialist Gynecologist in Dubai
✅ Minimum 1 year of proven clinical experience in Obstetrics & Gynecology
✅ Excellent communication and patient management skills
