Job Description of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next Lead
Key Responsibilities of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next Lead
✅ Lead the design, configuration, and delivery of solutions on Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Marketing Cloud Next.
✅ Build and manage automation using Flow Builder, and create reusable content in Content Builder.
✅ Define and manage audience segmentation and run end-to-end campaign management.
✅ Set up campaigns and customer journeys, including approval workflows.
✅ Work with Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 to unify and activate customer data.
✅ Monitor performance, produce campaign reports, and troubleshoot issues quickly.
✅ Translate business requirements into clear, scalable technical solutions.
✅ Provide production support and ensure platform stability.
✅ Enable and train users, and manage stakeholder relationships throughout delivery.
✅ Develop and maintain HTML email templates where needed.
Qualification Required for Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next Lead
✅ Bachelor’s Degree
✅ Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience, with a focus on Marketing Cloud Next, Data Cloud, and techno-functional delivery.
✅ Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Marketing Cloud Next
✅ Expertise in Flow Builder, Content Builder, audience segmentation, and campaign management
✅ Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360
✅ Solid understanding of campaign setup, journeys, approvals, reporting, and troubleshooting
✅ Ability to turn business requirements into technical solutions
✅ Experience in user enablement, stakeholder management, and production support
✅ HTML / email template knowledge
✅ Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications
