Job Description of Legal Consultant
Key Responsibilities of Legal Consultant
✅ Conduct legal research on UAE labor and business laws
✅ Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and internal policies
✅ Support compliance processes and documentation
✅ Liaise with external legal advisors and government entities when required
✅ Maintain proper legal records and documentation
✅ Provide legal insights and updates to relevant departments
✅ Assist in resolving internal legal queries and minor disputes
Qualification Required for Legal Consultant
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field
✅ Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant internship experience
✅ Strong understanding of UAE legal systems and business regulations is a plus
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
✅ High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
✅ Proficient in MS Office and legal research tools
✅ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
