Key Responsibilities of Dynamics 365 CE Techno-Functional Consultant
✅ Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to CRM functionalities.
✅ Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions, including customization and configuration.
✅ Collaborate with development teams to integrate third-party applications and develop custom plugins or workflows.
✅ Lead client workshops and training sessions to ensure successful user adoption.
✅ Provide end-to-end support for CRM implementations, from initial planning to go-live and post-implementation support.
✅ Troubleshoot system issues and implement solutions to enhance performance and usability.
✅ Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and customizations.
✅ Stay updated with Microsoft Dynamics CE platform updates and best practices.
Qualification Required for Dynamics 365 CE Techno-Functional Consultant
✅ 5+ years of experience working on Microsoft Dynamics CRM / D365 CE.
✅ Strong functional knowledge of CRM modules like Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service.
✅ Proficient in customizations, workflows, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI integration.
✅ Development experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, FetchXML, and Web APIs.
✅ Microsoft Certifications in Dynamics 365 CE (Preferred).
