This role ensures systemic risks are proactively identified and managed, critical operations are protected through robust continuity planning, and cross-sector initiatives are aligned under a unified resilience framework. The Head of Resilience acts as the principal architect of resilience across the organization, driving integration, collaboration, and innovation. The role requires a strategic thinker with a strong grasp of urban systems, risk governance, and the ability to navigate complexity with innovation and foresight.
