✅ We are seeking a proactive and motivated Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic sales and marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in driving sales growth and contributing to the overall success of Lux-Sar Properties.
Key Responsibilities of Real Estate Agent
✅ Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing expert advice and support throughout the process.
✅ Conduct property viewings, market assessments, and negotiations to achieve successful transactions.
✅ Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
✅ Collaborate with the marketing team to promote properties through various channels and generate leads.
✅ Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal regulations to provide accurate information to clients.
Qualification Required for Real Estate Agent
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
✅ 1+ Year of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
✅ Strong knowledge of the real estate market and property sales processes.
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
✅ Proficiency in real estate software and tools, with a proactive and customer-oriented approach.
