Job Description of Odoo Functional Consultant
Key Responsibilities of Odoo Functional Consultant
✅ Work directly with clients to gather and analyze business requirements
✅ Map processes and recommend suitable Odoo modules, Give online presentations/ Demo,
✅ Configure and implement Odoo solutions tailored to client needs
✅ Prepare documentation, SOPs, and deliver end-user training
✅ Support users post-implementation & recommend improvements
✅ Collaborate with technical teams for custom development where needed
Qualification Required for Odoo Functional Consultant
✅ Strong understanding of Odoo (Community &/or Enterprise)
✅ Experience with modules like Accounting, Sales, Inventory, HR, Manufacturing, etc.
✅ Ability to translate business needs into functional workflows
✅ Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
✅ Experience preparing documentation & delivering training
✅ Knowledge of UAE business practices and compliance (preferred)
