Job Description of Thermoforming Operator
✅ We are looking for a hands-on Thermoforming Operator to join a manufacturing operation in Ras Al Khaimah. In this role you will run thermoforming machines, keeping production smooth, output consistent and quality high. It’s a practical, production-focused position for someone who takes pride in precise work and enjoys keeping machinery running well.

Key Responsibilities of Thermoforming Operator
✅ Set up, operate and monitor thermoforming machines according to production requirements
✅ Load raw materials and adjust machine settings such as temperature, pressure and cycle time
✅ Inspect finished products to make sure they meet quality and specification standards
✅ Carry out basic troubleshooting and minor adjustments to keep downtime low
✅ Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of machines and the work area
✅ Keep accurate production records and report issues to supervisors promptly
✅ Follow all safety procedures and workplace regulations
✅ Work with the production team to meet daily output targets
Qualification Required for Thermoforming Operator
✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree
✅ Experience: 1+ year
✅ Skills and requirements:
✅ Candidate must currently be in the UAE
✅ Experience in thermoforming machine operation is preferred
✅ Knowledge of machine setup, operation and basic troubleshooting is an advantage
✅ Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety
✅ Ability to work well in a team and follow production schedules
