Job Description of FI Cross-Sell Activation Business Analyst / Project Manager
✅ Are you a senior banking professional who understands Financial Institutions, Transaction Banking and cross-selling strategy? We are looking for an FI Cross-Sell Activation Business Analyst / Project Manager to join a high-impact banking initiative in Qatar.
✅ In this role you will turn institutional banking expertise into measurable results: driving product adoption among Financial Institution clients, uncovering cross-sell opportunities and growing wallet share. You will work at the center of Business, Product and Technology teams, translating client and commercial needs into clear requirements and delivering projects that strengthen the bank’s transaction banking franchise.

Key Responsibilities of FI Cross-Sell Activation Business Analyst / Project Manager
✅ Lead and deliver cross-sell and product activation initiatives across Financial Institutions (FI) and Correspondent Banking clients
✅ Identify opportunities to increase product adoption and wallet share across Cash Management, Payments, Trade Finance, Liquidity Management, Lending and FX / Global Markets
✅ Gather, analyze and document business requirements, producing BRDs and BRS
✅ Map processes and support client onboarding and KYC workflows
✅ Manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies and deliverables from initiation to completion
✅ Act as the key liaison between Business, Product and Technology stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear communication
✅ Track and report on activation progress, adoption metrics and commercial outcomes
✅ Recommend process and product improvements that strengthen the client experience and drive revenue growth
Qualification Required for FI Cross-Sell Activation Business Analyst / Project Manager
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, IT or a related field
✅ Experience
✅ 14+ years of total professional experience
✅ Minimum 7 years in banking, with a strong institutional banking background
✅ Proven hands-on experience delivering transaction banking initiatives and improving product adoption
