Job Description of Odoo Developer – Insurance ERP
Key Responsibilities of Odoo Developer – Insurance ERP
✅ Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules to meet insurance business requirements
✅ Implement and configure Odoo for Insurance ERP projects, from requirements through go-live
✅ Translate business needs and functional specifications into clean, scalable technical solutions
✅ Integrate Odoo with third-party systems and APIs where required
✅ Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Odoo applications for performance and stability
✅ Write and maintain technical documentation
✅ Collaborate with functional consultants, project managers, and clients
✅ Provide post-deployment support and contribute to continuous improvement
Qualification Required for Odoo Developer – Insurance ERP
✅ achelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
✅ 3–4 years of hands-on Odoo development experience
✅ Experience with Insurance ERP implementation and customization is preferred
✅ Strong proficiency in Python and the Odoo framework (ORM, views, QWeb reports, workflows)
✅ Working knowledge of PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS
✅ Ability to analyze requirements and deliver practical solutions
✅ Good communication and teamwork skills
✅ Immediate joiners preferred
