Key Responsibilities of Senior Commercial Manager - Residential (Post-contract)
✅ Manage all post-contract commercial activities for residential projects.
✅ Oversee cost management, budget control, and contract administration.
✅ Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and company standards.
✅ Negotiate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to secure favorable outcomes.
✅ Monitor project progress, financial performance, and risk exposure.
✅ Prepare and present detailed commercial reports, forecasts, and risk assessments.
✅ Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
✅ Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Qualification Required for Senior Commercial Manager - Residential (Post-contract)
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
✅ Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial management, with a strong focus on residential projects in the post-contract phase.
✅ In-depth knowledge of contract law, procurement, and cost control.
