Key Responsibilities of General Manager - Wet Wipes Manufacturing
✅ Oversee full plant operations including production, quality, logistics & procurement.
✅ Drive strategic planning, budgeting, and cost control across departments.
✅ Align production with sales goals and expand distribution locally & globally.
✅ Represent the company at global trade shows and build strong B2B relationships.
✅ Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and continuous improvement standards.
✅ Support product innovation and market launches.
Qualification Required for General Manager - Wet Wipes Manufacturing
✅ 5–7+ years in factory or plant management (FMCG/hygiene/wet wipes preferred).
✅ Exposure to international markets, exports, and private label products.
✅ Strong leadership, crisis management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
✅ Fluent in English (additional languages like Arabic, French, or Spanish.
