Deputy Center Manager – UAE National

✅ Acting on behalf of the Center Manager during their absence.

✅ Managing daily operations and activities of the center, ensuring their execution aligns with established procedures and evidence-based practices.

✅ Implementing and enforcing government excellence service standards and the Star Rating System.

✅ Supervising employees and all departments to ensure smooth workflow.

✅ Enhancing staff awareness and development within the center.

✅ Monitoring performance indicators for operational services.

✅ Executing corrective action plans for errors and deviations.

✅ Following up on the implementation of employee performance plans.

✅ Supervising front-line service delivery and ensuring high service quality.

✅ Managing complaints and customer requests in coordination with the Service Management Department.

✅ Performing any additional tasks assigned by the Center Manager.

✅ Minimum of 8 years of experience, or 6 years with a Bachelor's degree or 4 years with a Master's degree or 2 years with a PhD.
