Track and report on sales metrics, ensuring goals and milestones are consistently met. ✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 1 - 2 years experience in business development, preferably in the outsourcing industry. Strong understanding of outsourcing services such as IT, BPO, customer support, or HR solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
