✅ Lead and support transformation initiatives across Wealth Operations (investments, client onboarding, account servicing, etc.
✅ Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and digitization
✅ Manage end-to-end delivery of operational projects, ensuring timelines, budget, and quality standards are met
✅ Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Compliance, Technology, Product, Front Office) to define requirements and implement solutions
✅ Support regulatory change projects (e.g., FATCA, CRS, MiFID, AML/KYC updates)
✅ Prepare project documentation including business cases, impact assessments, and project plans
✅ Track KPIs and ensure successful implementation and adoption of changes
✅ Ensure risk, control, and compliance frameworks are adhered to across operations
