Job Description of UI/UX Designer
✅ We are seeking a skilled and creative UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic web development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces that enhance user experience and engagement. You will play a crucial role in shaping the digital presence of Progbiz and contributing to the overall success of our web development projects.
Key Responsibilities of UI/UX Designer
✅ Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
✅ Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and insights for improving designs.
✅ Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure seamless implementation of design concepts.
✅ Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
✅ Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design to maintain a fresh and innovative approach.
Qualification Required for UI/UX Designer
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
✅ 2-3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in the web development industry.
✅ Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision.
✅ Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design projects and creative skills.
✅ Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for user-centered design.
