✅ Supervise daily transportation of laborers from accommodation camps to construction sites.
✅ Plan, schedule, and monitor bus routes and shift timings with site supervisors.
✅ Manage a fleet of light and heavy vehicles, including maintenance and inspection records.
✅ Coordinate with drivers to ensure punctuality, safety, and vehicle hygiene.
✅ Maintain accurate logs of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and service history.
✅ Handle emergency breakdowns and arrange prompt replacements.
✅ Ensure compliance with RTA regulations and internal transport policies.
✅ Liaise with Admin and HR for onboarding/offboarding transport needs.
✅
