Job Description of Temporary HR Executive

✅ CCECC is currently seeking a Temporary HR Executive to join our team in Dubai. In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in supporting day-to-day HR operations, contributing to employee engagement, compliance, and recruitment processes. This position is ideal for a results-oriented professional with strong organizational skills and a solid background in human resources.

Key Responsibilities of Temporary HR Executive

✅ Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process including screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
✅ Maintain and update employee records in compliance with legal and company standards.
✅ Support performance appraisal processes and training initiatives.
✅ Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially.
✅ Prepare HR reports and documentation as required.
✅ Coordinate HR projects and participate in process improvements.

Qualification Required for Temporary HR Executive

✅ Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
✅ Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an HR role.
✅ Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HR software is a plus.
✅ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
