✅ Build and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MSProject
✅ Collaborate with Project Managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure realistic and up-to-date timelines
✅ Monitor progress vs. baseline; flag deviations and suggest corrective actions
✅ Generate clear and insightful Progress Reports and recovery plans
✅ Support Delay Analysis, EOT submissions, and forensic planning when required
✅ Align cost/resource loading with Cost Control and budget planning
✅ Maintain change logs and timeline impacts for contract integrity
✅ Ensure adherence to company-wide Planning Standards
✅ Facilitate interdepartmental and stakeholder schedule coordination
