✅ Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
✅ Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in the Salesforce ecosystem.
✅ Proven experience in the Real Estate and Properties domain is mandatory.
✅ Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM functionalities, workflows, reporting, and integration capabilities.
✅ Experience with Salesforce tools like Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and third-party property management integrations is a plus.
✅ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
✅ Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
✅ Salesforce certification(s) are highly preferred.
