Key Responsibilities of Sales Officer
✅ Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients within the assigned sales area.
✅ Work closely with the Lead - Territory Sales to understand and achieve assigned sales targets
✅ Regularly report on sales progress, providing insights into challenges and proposing solutionsQualification Required for Sales Officer
✅ Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the HR or related industries.
✅ Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
✅ Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
