Job Description of Sales Merchandiser Officer

✅ Conduct regular store visits to monitor product availability, shelf layouts, and promotional placements.

✅ Track inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse/supply teams for timely replenishment.
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and store personnel.
✅ Analyze merchandising effectiveness and provide insights to improve product performance.
✅ Monitor competitor activities and market trends to ensure a competitive merchandising approach.
✅ Prepare and submit regular merchandising and sales activity reports.Qualification Required for Sales Merchandiser Officer
✅ Experience: Minimum 1+ year of experience in sales or merchandising, preferably in FMCG or retail.
✅ Strong knowledge of retail merchandising principles and practices.
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✅ Good organizational and time management abilities.
✅ Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
✅ Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
