✅ We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our client’s team in the Hotel Supplies division. This role is pivotal in managing day-to-day operational activities, ensuring smooth coordination between internal departments and external vendors, and contributing to process efficiency and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, bringing strategic thinking and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities of Operations Executive – Hotel Supplies

✅ Oversee daily operational tasks within the hotel supplies division.
✅ Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
✅ Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement processes.
✅ Assist in streamlining workflows and optimizing supply chain efficiency.
✅ Prepare reports and maintain documentation related to operations and logistics.
✅ Resolve issues and ensure compliance with quality and service standards.
✅ Support the team in planning and executing new projects or client onboarding.

Qualification Required for Operations Executive – Hotel Supplies

✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
✅ Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, preferably within hospitality or hotel supply industries.
✅ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with inventory or ERP software is a plus.
