Job Description of HSE Officer
Key Responsibilities of HSE Officer
✅ Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits across facilities.
✅ Ensure compliance with local, national, and international health and safety regulations.
✅ Deliver HSE training and awareness sessions to employees and staff.
✅ Investigate and report incidents, accidents, or near-misses, and recommend corrective actions.
✅ Maintain accurate records and documentation related to HSE activities.
✅ Support management in fostering a culture of continuous improvement in health and safety practices.Qualification Required for HSE Officer
✅ Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar HSE role, preferably in the healthcare or HR industry.
✅ Strong knowledge of UAE health and safety regulations.
✅ Certification in NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent is a plus.
✅ Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
