Key Responsibilities of HR Operations Manager
✅ Minimum 5 years of hands-on HR operations experience at managerial level.
✅ Strong command of UAE Labour Laws and HR compliance.
✅ Proven skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR documentation.
✅ Experience in Construction, Facility Management, or Telecom/Technology sectors preferred.
✅ Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office.Qualification Required for HR Operations Manager
✅ Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar HR operations or managerial role.
✅ Solid understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
✅ Proven experience in streamlining HR processes and implementing systems.
