Key Responsibilities of Functional Consultant / Pre-Sales Executive (Odoo ERP)
✅ Conduct Gap Analysis between client needs and Odoo standard functionality
✅ Design effective solutions using Odoo modules and workflows
✅ Support the Sales Team with pre-sales activities, including demos, proposals & client workshops
✅ Maintain strong customer relations, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
✅ Coordinate with cross-functional teams — developers, project managers, and QA — to deliver projects on time
✅ Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for optimization & automationQualification Required for Functional Consultant / Pre-Sales Executive (Odoo ERP)
✅ Hands-on experience preparing SRS/FRD documentation & conducting business process mapping
✅ Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and internal teams
