Job Description of Estimation Engineer – MEP
✅ As an Estimation Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing project specifications, preparing detailed cost estimates, and coordinating with design and engineering teams to develop optimized solutions. If you have strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure, this is the role for you.Key Responsibilities of Estimation Engineer – MEP
✅ Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimations for MEP works including materials, labor, and equipment.
✅ Collaborate with the engineering and procurement teams to gather cost-related information.
✅ Obtain and analyze quotations from vendors and subcontractors.
✅ Conduct value engineering to optimize costs and enhance project profitability.
✅ Support the tendering process by preparing technical and commercial proposals.
✅ Ensure timely submission of bids and compliance with client requirements.
✅ Maintain cost databases and documentation for future reference and audits.Qualification Required for Estimation Engineer – MEP
✅ Minimum 5 years of experience as an Estimation Engineer in the MEP field.
✅ Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction methodologies.
✅ Proficient in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
✅ Familiarity with local UAE market rates, vendors, and subcontractors.
✅ Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
