Key Responsibilities of Dynamics 365 CE Techno-Functional Consultant
✅ Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions, including customization and configuration.
✅ Collaborate with development teams to integrate third-party applications and develop custom plugins or workflows.
✅ Lead client workshops and training sessions to ensure successful user adoption.
✅ Provide end-to-end support for CRM implementations, from initial planning to go-live and post-implementation support.
✅ Troubleshoot system issues and implement solutions to enhance performance and usability.
✅ Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and customizations.
