Key Responsibilities of Deputy Center Manager – UAE National
✅ - Acting on behalf of the Center Manager during their absence.
✅ - Managing daily operations and activities of the center, ensuring their execution aligns with established procedures and evidence-based practices.
✅ - Implementing and enforcing government excellence service standards and the Star Rating System.
✅ - Supervising employees and all departments to ensure smooth workflow.
✅ - Enhancing staff awareness and development within the center.
✅ - Monitoring performance indicators for operational services.
✅ - Executing corrective action plans for errors and deviations.
✅ - Following up on the implementation of employee performance plans.
✅ - Supervising front-line service delivery and ensuring high service quality.
✅ - Managing complaints and customer requests in coordination with the Service Management Department.
✅ - Performing any additional tasks assigned by the Center Manager.

✅ Years of Experience Required:
✅ Minimum of 8 years of experience, or:
✅ 6 years with a Bachelor's degree
✅ 4 years with a Master's degree
✅ Or 2 years with a PhDQualification Required for Deputy Center Manager – UAE National
✅ Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
✅ Strong experience in managing teams and ensuring operational success in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across departments and lead cross-functional teams.
✅ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
✅ Familiarity with industry standards and operational management best practices.
