Job Description of CRM Architect-Immediate Available

✅ 10+ years in IT with 5+ years in CRM architecture and infrastructure roles.
✅ Experience with at least one enterprise-grade CRM platform (Salesforce, Dynamics, Oracle CX, etc.).
✅ Strong background in infrastructure architecture (cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP).
✅ Proven experience in CRM migrations, greenfield implementations, or large-scale integrations.

Key Responsibilities of CRM Architect-Immediate Available

✅ Lead the design and architecture of scalable CRM solutions across the enterprise.
✅ Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into CRM strategies.
✅ Develop and maintain detailed architecture and integration documentation.
✅ Oversee CRM system customizations, workflows, and configuration.
✅ Ensure seamless integration with third-party platforms and internal systems.
✅ Drive CRM optimization, performance tuning, and data integrity.
✅ Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
✅ Stay updated on CRM technologies, trends, and best practices.

Qualification Required for CRM Architect-Immediate Available

✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
✅ Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in CRM architecture and implementation.
✅ Proven expertise with leading CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce).
✅ Strong understanding of CRM data modeling, security, and integration techniques.
