Key Responsibilities of Contact Center Engineer- Avaya IVR & Genesys
✅ Monitor and maintain system performance to ensure uptime and reliability.
✅ Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IVR and contact center applications.
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems with business applications.
✅ Perform regular system updates, patches, and enhancements.
✅ Provide documentation, technical training, and support to end-users.
