Job Description of Assistant HR Manager
Key Responsibilities of Assistant HR Manager
✅ At least 5 years in a manufacturing unit
✅ Proven experience in managing a team of 2 or more HR professionals
✅ Strong exposure to HR operations, performance management, and training management
✅ Preference will be given to candidates with experience in ISO-certified companies
✅ Must hold a valid UAE driving license and be willing to travel between Emirates
✅ Experience handling and coordinating with 150+ blue-collar workers in a factory environment within the UAE is essentialQualification Required for Assistant HR Manager
✅ Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the construction or related industry.
✅ Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
✅ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
