Job Description of Senior Business Analyst – Oracle Fusion S2I
✅ We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst – Oracle Fusion S2I to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you’ll be the link between business stakeholders and technical teams, turning procurement and supply chain requirements into effective Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions.
✅ You’ll be involved from design through delivery, guiding implementations through every phase from the Global Design Document to Go-Live and Hyper-care. If you have strong Oracle Cloud SCM and Procurement experience and enjoy working directly with clients, this is a chance to take on a visible, high-impact role.
Key Responsibilities of Senior Business Analyst – Oracle Fusion S2I
✅ Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Oracle Fusion Procurement and SCM solutions
✅ Lead and contribute to Global Design Document (GDD) creation and design workshops
✅ Configure and support Oracle Fusion modules, including Sourcing, Purchasing, Supplier Management, Contract Management, and Inventory
✅ Support Conference Room Pilot (CRP) sessions, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
✅ Guide the project through Go-Live and provide Hyper-care support after deployment
✅ Identify opportunities to apply Oracle Fusion AI capabilities to improve procurement efficiency and decision-making
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders, keeping expectations aligned throughout the project lifecycle
✅ Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for technical and development teams
Qualification Required for Senior Business Analyst – Oracle Fusion S2I
✅ Education
✅ Bachelor’s Degree
✅ Experience
✅ 6+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud SCM / Procurement
✅ Hands-on Oracle Fusion experience in Sourcing, Purchasing, Supplier Management, Contract Management, and Inventory
✅ Experience across the full implementation lifecycle: GDD, CRP, SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and Hyper-care
✅ Skills
✅ Knowledge of Oracle Fusion AI capabilities
✅ Strong business and functional expertise
✅ Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills
✅ Preferred
✅ Oracle Procurement Cloud certification
