Key Responsibilities of Senior EOC (ConceptWave) Developer
✅ Design and implement scalable ConceptWave EOC solutions tailored to business needs.
✅ Develop and configure order orchestration and fulfillment workflows.
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, business analysts, and QA engineers.
✅ Ensure integration of ConceptWave with external systems such as CRM, Billing, and Network Inventory.
✅ Analyze system requirements and recommend improvements.
✅ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ConceptWave modules.
✅ Provide technical documentation, support, and mentorship to junior developers.
✅ Follow best practices for secure coding, version control, and software deployment.
Qualification Required for Senior EOC (ConceptWave) Developer
✅ Order Care handling, Basket Management
✅ EOC Order Manager and catalog-driven implementation
✅ Business process development, error handling, and interface integration
✅ EOC Out-of-Box APIs and GUI development
✅ Service Registry APIs
