Job Description of Magento Architect
Key Responsibilities of Magento Architect
✅ Lead the design and implementation of complex Magento solutions for enterprise clients.
✅ Architect scalable, modular, and maintainable eCommerce systems using Magento 2.
✅ Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and developers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
✅ Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from requirements to deployment and maintenance.
✅ Conduct code reviews and mentor development teams to ensure coding standards and best practices.
✅ Integrate third-party applications, APIs, and plugins into Magento platforms.
✅ Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize backend/frontend components for efficiency.
✅ Stay updated on Magento trends, tools, and security standards.
Qualification Required for Magento Architect
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
✅ Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Magento development and architecture.
✅ Proven expertise in Magento 2, including customization, theming, and extension development.
✅ Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP APIs.
✅ Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices is a plus.
✅ Magento Certification(s) preferred.
✅ Excellent problem-solving skills, team collaboration, and client communication.
