Job Description of Civil Lab Technician
✅ We are looking for a hands-on Civil Lab Technician to join our team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be at the heart of our quality assurance process, testing the soil, concrete, asphalt, aggregate, and other construction materials that go into the UAE’s built environment. Your accurate testing and reporting will directly support safe, compliant, high-quality construction projects.

Key Responsibilities of Civil Lab Technician
✅ Conduct laboratory and field tests on soil, concrete, asphalt, aggregate, and other construction materials
✅ Collect and prepare samples for testing
✅ Maintain testing equipment and keep laboratory records accurate and up to date
✅ Ensure all tests comply with project specifications and relevant standards
✅ Report test results promptly to the engineer or supervisor
Qualification Required for Civil Lab Technician
✅ Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.Tech
✅ Experience: 2+ years in a civil or materials testing laboratory
✅ Skills:
✅ Practical knowledge of testing procedures for soil, concrete, asphalt, and aggregates
✅ Familiarity with relevant testing standards and project specifications
✅ Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping
✅ Ability to work in both lab and field environments
✅ Clear communication and reporting skills
