Job Description of Dwh Operations & Support Consultant
✅ We are looking for an experienced DWH Operations & Support Consultant to join a telecom data environment in Qatar. In this role, you will keep the data warehouse and ETL pipelines running reliably, so that business teams can depend on accurate, timely data for reporting and decision-making.
✅ If you have deep hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter and Teradata, and you understand how telecom data works, this is a chance to apply that expertise on a business-critical platform.
Key Responsibilities of Dwh Operations & Support Consultant
✅ Monitor, support, and maintain the data warehouse environment to ensure high availability and performance
✅ Develop, enhance, and support ETL pipelines using Informatica PowerCenter
✅ Troubleshoot and resolve job failures, data quality issues, and performance bottlenecks
✅ Work with Teradata to optimize queries, manage data loads, and support warehouse operations
✅ Provide production support, including incident analysis and root cause resolution
✅ Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand telecom data requirements and deliver solutions
✅ Maintain clear documentation of processes, workflows, and support procedures
Qualification Required for Dwh Operations & Support Consultant
✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree
✅ Experience: 7+ years of relevant experience
